What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD, NGN & GBP.

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 5-10 days processing time for your order to ship out. Tracking numbers will be updated 1-3 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 3 business days please email us at info@ppoizn.com.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

No Refunds, we will ONLY issue a store credit. Merchandise must be returned within 10 business days of receipt. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hangtags attached. Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear. The customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Ppoizn. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Ppoizn diligently inspects all items before shipping; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit. Store credit is valid only at www.ppoizn.com.

Can I cancel my order?
No we cannot cancel orders. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a store credit.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at info@ppoizn.com. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No store credit will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.

How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5 -10 business days.
